Thai Handicraft Clothing
The clothes I’m trying to sell are made of cotton for the most, but some of them might be made of a different material, and you can find out all you want to know about it in another page of my web site. The clothing were photographed to look very much the same as to the naked eye, in spite of this, colours can change depending on the settings of the monitor of your pc, for instance, so if you want to be sure of the shade of a colour try to give it a look on a different monitor. However if you have any doubts about some items, or if you need explanations, do not hesitate to write to me before making any purchase, and most important check carefully the characteristic feature and the size of what you are buying.
Payment:
PAYPAL seems to be at the moment the best way of payment as far as the shopping in internet is concerned, because the rights of the shopper are guaranteed and it is the most convenient way of paying.
Therefore payment should be made through PAYPAL at the same time of the order.
If for any reason you should be late with your payment, please do not hesitate to contact me once, otherwise three days elapsed, your order will be canceled.
Before proceeding with the payment make sure that your Etsy address matches the PayPal one, because otherwise there might be mistakes in delivery that may cause the loss of the posted merchandise, which case I will feel no responsible for it.
Shipment:
I will use your PayPal address as delivery address: make sure the address is right.
Shipments are made from Thailand around the world through “Thailand Post-Small Packet-Air” 3 business days from receiving the payment.
Why “Thailand Post-Small Packet-air”? Well, because they offer good service for a reasonable price, and usually don’t have delay on delivery. However if you wish I can use different ways of mailing, EMS Express for one, or I can send you the items through Insured Mail or even Tracked Mail, but of course it will be more expensive.
Parcels sent by “Small Packet-Air” generally reach their destination within 3-4 weeks. However it may happen that it takes longer due to the post delivery services on route, or to the customs check-point in the final destination country.
If you don’t get the merchandise within the time mentioned above contact me, I’ll do my best to help you.
PAY ATTENTION:
In most countries items of small value usually are not charged with payment by the customs, but it might happen the contrary (for instance it does happen in Italy ). In this case any import tax, or value-added tax that must be paid in the country where the goods are delivered, will be charged to you.
Rendering and exchange
All of my merchandise has been selected with much care, so that customers should not have bad surprises, but you never know! In case you do not get what you ordered, or you do get the right thing but something is wrong with it, like a flaw, get in touch with me and we’ll find a way to get over it.
However, since usually I am selling not very expensive things, before you decide to render or exchange whatever, think about doing something else with it: if you have changed idea about what you bought, or you think the garment does not look good enough on you, well, make a present of it! If the size does not fit you good, maybe you can modify it yourself, or have a tailor do it, it will probably cost you less than to post it back.
Besides, I will exchange any item of clothing or refund you , only if you send me back the clothing in the same condition it was when I mailed it to you.
Clothes must be unused and undamaged, must have no smell of perfumeor roll-on on it, the trademark label must be untouched, it must not have been tempered with in any way.
You must render the merchandise within 7 days from receipt, and once I have received it undamaged, I will refund you as agreed through PayPal: shipping expenses are of course on you.
Before rendering anything, contact me and I will give you the address where the merchandise must be mailed to, and keep in mind that I cannot refund you if the parcel is mailed to the wrong address or gets lost.
I advice you, to be on the safe side, to use a Registered-Ensured mail service, with Electronic Tracking facilities, and Acknowledgment of Receipt.
At last please don’t give a negative feedback about me without contacting me first.
